Children in Herons Ravens and Eagles enjoyed the opportunity to meet author and broadcaster Jeffrey Boakye today. Jeffrey is an award winning author with eight books published to date including Kofi and the secret radio station.
Jeffrey spoke about his Kofi series of fiction books, including Kofi and the Rap Battle Summer and Kofi and the Secret Radio Station. This session was jam-packed and fun-filled trip back to the 1990s to explore the world of Kofi with interactive games and readings.
The children were able to submit their thoughtful questions to Jeffrey virtually and were inspired to hear about his journey and his work.
