As a culmination of their drama club work this term children from across Key Stage Two performed in the studio theatre at Harrogate theatre this week.
Throughout this term the children have been developing their acting knowledge and skills in their after-school club and working towards performing ‘Adventure in Oz’.
The children visited the theatre during Thursday afternoon to complete some final rehearsals and costumes checks before completing two performances of ‘Adventures in Oz’.
Between rehearsals they were also treated to a backstage tour of the main theatre including meeting the cast and crew of this year’s Pantomime, Beauty and The Beast. They represented themselves and St Peter’s superbly well. Very well done to all who took part and thank you to all the families who came to support and watch the show.
