🌍 Love, Learn, Shine – A Christmas Fair Full of Community Spirit with a Planet-Friendly Twist!🎁

What an incredible day we had at the Friends of St Peter’s (FOSP) Christmas Fair today! A huge thank you to our amazing FOSP team, all the dedicated volunteers, and staff who worked tirelessly to make this event such a success. It was a truly fun-filled family occasion, packed with festive cheer, exciting stalls, games, and plenty of Christmas treats to enjoy and take home.
Our School Climate Crew impressed everyone with their sustainability stall, featuring a Christmas jumper swap, a sustainable Christmas book swap, and beautiful eco-friendly gifts made from recycled materials. They also launched something very special collecting name ideas for our new Earth and Planet Toys, which are awarded each week to our Golden Light Switch winners. The shortlist of names will be revealed soon, and children will have the chance to vote for their favourites!
It was fantastic to welcome back former children who returned to help run stalls and games a real testament to the strong sense of community at St Peter’s. Of course, the highlight for many was a special visit from Father Christmas himself, who took time out of his busy schedule to greet children in our very own Christmas grotto. The Grand Raffle Draw added extra excitement, with a host of wonderful prizes to help fill Christmas stockings.
Every penny raised by this event goes straight back into enriching school life funding trips, visits, events, and larger projects that help our children Love, Learn, and Shine.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone involved in the planning, preparation, and running of the fair. These events take huge organisation, and we are so grateful for the incredible community spirit that makes them possible. And thank you to everyone who attended and supported we hope you had a fantastic time.
