Key Stage 1 Geography Walk

Jan

Children in Key Stage One have been enjoying their Geography learning over the last few weeks exploring ‘Why is our school location so special?’. This week they went on a local walk to explore seeing and learning about and from the local features and landmarks. It was also an opportunity to put into use the knowledge and skills they have gained in relation to using maps. Thank you to everyone who volunteered to accompany the children to help make this possible.

If you have not yet had chance why not check out the Key Stage 1 Geography Newsletter which can be accessed here.
