As well as our after school sports clubs of tchoukball, tennis and gymnastics we were pleased to take part in two different sporting competitions this week.
Children from Year 5&6 took part in a football competition against other local primary schools hosted at Rossett High on Tuesday night. They played extremely well as a team coming top of their group and progressing to the final which they lost narrowly 2-1 fishing up as well-deserved runners up. Well done to Ethan who was awarded the wristband for determination
On Wednesday children in year 3&4 took part in dodgeball as part of the weekly Sporting Influence competition series. Congratulations to Andre who won the wristband for determination. He showed superb catching skills and always passed the ball to his team players so they could have a turn to shoot.
