🎙️ St Peter’s Children Shine on the Airwaves
We were delighted to welcome Ricky from Your Harrogate Radio into school recently for a very special visit, recording some of our children for the much‑loved School of the Week feature.
The children thoroughly enjoyed hearing all about life at the radio station and what it’s like to work in broadcasting. Ricky was equally impressed as our children confidently shared their shine, speaking enthusiastically about life at St Peter’s CE Primary School.
During the recordings, the children proudly talked about:
- their lessons and learning
- the importance of friendships
- the wide range of clubs available
- exciting trips and visits
- and what makes St Peter’s such a special place to be
It was wonderful to see and hear the children speak with such enthusiasm and confidence, clearly demonstrating our school vision to Love, Learn and Shine. Opportunities like this show how well our children can express themselves and how proud they are of their school community.
