🎭 Natel Drama Workshops – A Fantastic Theatrical Showcase
We were delighted to welcome Natel Drama Workshops, led by the talented Natalie Hamburg, a professional actress and drama leader with over 20 years of experience in performing, directing, writing and touring. Her passion and expertise were clear to see in the wonderful workshop opportunity provided for our children.
Working with a small group of children from Years 3, 4 and 5, Natalie guided them through an exciting creative journey, culminating in a fantastic performance for families. The children presented Morella Mansion, a short play specially written by Natalie, telling the adventurous tale of a group of children exploring their local haunted mansion.
Despite being a small group, every child worked incredibly hard to learn their lines, coordinate their movements and develop their characters. The performance was a real testament to their dedication and teamwork. The audience was treated to a thoroughly entertaining mini play, full of expressive acting, confident delivery and impressive stage presence.
It was wonderful to see the children grow in confidence, resilience and creativity—truly reflecting our school vision to Love, Learn, Shine. They supported one another with kindness, showed a real love of performing and shone brightly on stage.
A huge well done to all the children involved—you should be incredibly proud of your achievements! And our thanks go to Natalie for inspiring such enthusiasm and bringing out the very best in every child. 🌟
