🎙️ Love, Learn, Shine… and Broadcast! St Peter’s on Your Harrogate Radio
We were delighted to welcome Ricky from Your Harrogate Radio into school this week as we prepare to be featured as School of the Week next week.
Ricky spent time recording with children from across the school, and we could not have been prouder of how they represented St Peter’s. The children impressed everyone with their imaginative answers, thoughtful reflections and wonderful stories about life at St Peter’s. They spoke with confidence, clarity and enthusiasm, and were a real credit to themselves and our school community.
It was fantastic to hear the children sharing what makes St Peter’s such a special place to learn and grow. Their excitement, creativity and positivity truly reflected our school vision to Love, Learn and Shine.
The visit also gave children the opportunity to learn more about Ricky’s role at Your Harrogate Radio. They enjoyed hearing about his job, the work that goes into producing radio programmes and what life is like behind the microphone.
A huge thank you to Ricky and everyone at Your Harrogate Radio for choosing St Peter’s as their School of the Week. We are very much looking forward to hearing the recordings on air.
📻 Remember to listen out for St Peter’s on Your Harrogate Radio next week, Monday to Friday, at 7:35am and 8:35am!
We hope you enjoy hearing our amazing children sharing their experiences and helping St Peter’s continue to Love, Learn and Shine for the wider Harrogate community.
