As we begin the summer term we have been delighted to unveil and begin using our new playground shelter and storage area this week. The children have very much enjoyed having a quieter section of the playground to access over playtimes and lunchtimes. Within the new shelter area children can sit and talk with their friends, eat their playtime snacks, play a board game, read a book or play one of our new chalk board games.
The new shelter also contains storage for playtime equipment including stilts, balance boards and skipping ropes which the children have been enjoying using.
