We have enjoyed a busy sporting competition week this week with our partners at Sporting Influence taking part in two competitions. On Tuesday children from Yr3&4 took part in a football competition with seven other local schools on the pitches at Rossett High. They worked incredibly well as a team and came a very respectable fourth overall. Well done to Christy received a wristband for determination and being an amazing team player.
On Wednesday children from across Key Stage Two attended the second week of para sports competition working with Sporting Influence and Harrogate Hammerheads Wheel Chair Basketball Club. They further developed their knowledge and skills of moving using the sports chairs while passing and travelling with the ball before playing a game at the end. Well done to Tom who received a wristband for encouragement.
