🏀 Team Spirit and Skills: A Fantastic Term of PE at St Peter’s
Sporting Influence School of the Week – Celebrating St Peter’s!
This week, we are thrilled to celebrate everything about PE at St Peter’s CE Primary School as we’ve been named Sporting Influence School of the Week!
Mr Osburn and the Sporting Influence team have loved working with our staff and children this term. Every PE lesson has been filled with enthusiasm, positivity and a real willingness to learn. From Outdoor Adventurous Activities to Multi Skills, Netball and Handball, our children have embraced every challenge with energy and determination.
It’s not just about physical skills – we’ve seen incredible progress in teamwork, communication and positive body language. These improvements have shone through across school life, from behaviour in corridors to participation in competitions.
Our KS1 and KS2 After School Clubs have also been a huge success! Through fun games like line ball, dodgeball and crossover activities, children have strengthened their technical skills while learning the importance of respect and team spirit. Confidence in PE is growing among both children and staff, and it’s wonderful to see our school vision of Love, Learn, Shine reflected in every session.
A big thank you to Mr Osburn and the Sporting Influence team for their continued support – and to our amazing children and staff for making PE such a positive experience. We can’t wait to see what the rest of the academic year brings!
