✨ Love, Learn, Shine with a Touch of Reindeer Magic🎄 Our Enchanting Christmas Tree – Reindeer Magic in Full Glow

We are thrilled to share that St Peter’s CE Primary School has once again taken part in the Christmas Tree Festival at St Peter’s Church. This year’s theme is Reindeer Magic, and our tree is decorated with beautiful creations made by children from across the school, each piece capturing the wonder and joy of the season.
A huge thank you to Mrs Bolton for bringing all the decorations together and making sure our tree looks truly magical. It reflects our school vision of Love, Learn, Shine love for our community, learning through creative expression, and shining brightly at this joyful time of year.
We warmly invite you to pop into St Peter’s Church, take a moment to enjoy the beauty of the season, and cast your vote to support our entry. The church looks spectacular with all the trees on display, it’s a perfect place to pause and reflect during this busy time of year.
Visiting the festival can be a wonderful learning opportunity for children and families. Here are some questions and activities to spark curiosity and conversation:
  • Spot the Details: Which reindeer decoration do you think took the longest to make? Why?
  • Creative Connections: How do the colours and shapes on the tree make you feel?
  • Cultural Reflection: Why do we decorate trees at Christmas? Where did this tradition come from?
  • Community Spirit: How do events like this bring people together?
  • Maths in Action: How many trees can you count in the church? Which one is the tallest?
Encourage your child to share what they notice and what they enjoyed most it’s a great way to connect learning with real-life experiences.
