Children from Year 3&4 took part in the first of the sporting influence para sports events this evening at Harrogate High. In the first of two sessions for children from Year 3&4 they got to work with coach Gary from Harrogate Hammers Wheelchair basketball club.
They all had a fabulous time learning how to control and move in the chairs while also working on their passing and shooting skills. It was wonderful to see the children adapt so quickly picking up new skills and showing great confidence trying a totally new experience for them all. Very well done to all who took part.
