📚 Spring Term Continues – Learning, Community & Exciting Events Ahead 🌟

Feb

Welcome Back to the Second Half of the Spring Term

We hope all families enjoyed a restful half-term break and found time to relax together. As we return to the second half of the Spring term, we are looking forward to a busy, purposeful and joyful few weeks of learning and community events. There is so much ahead for our children to enjoy, discover and shine in, all rooted in our shared vision to Love, Learn, Shine.

Our Collective Worship Theme – Forgiveness

This half term, our whole school Collective Worship theme is Forgiveness. Children will be exploring what forgiveness means, why it matters, and how it helps us to grow together as a kind and compassionate school community. This theme will run through both whole-school worship and class worship sessions.
We are really looking forward to sharing this learning with families during our Easter Worship at St Peter’s Church on Thursday 26 March. All families are warmly welcome to join us.
Please note that school finishes for children on Thursday 26 March, as staff have an INSET training day on Friday 27 March.

Uniform – Thank You for Maintaining High Standards

As we begin the new half term, we kindly ask families to continue supporting our high standards of school uniform. Wearing uniform smartly helps children feel part of our school community and ready to learn each day. A reminder of our full uniform expectations can be found here:

We also ask—please, please label everything!
Uniform items, coats, hats, lunchboxes, snack boxes… anything that travels between home and school will always find its way back more easily if it is named. Thank you for helping us return items quickly and avoid lost property building up.
