🎭 Mythical Magic in Motion. Children from Key Stage One & Two Shine with Harrogate Theatre Preparing for their Studio Debut 🎭

We are absolutely delighted to celebrate the work of our after school drama club, who are currently immersed in a truly inspiring creative journey in partnership with the brilliant team at Harrogate Theatre.
This term, children from Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 are working side by side to rehearse and perform two captivating mini plays based on ancient Greek myths: Perseus and the Gorgons and Theseus and the Minotaur. The theme, Great Greeks, has sparked imaginations and brought history to life through storytelling, character work and stagecraft.
What makes this project so special is not only the exciting content, but the remarkable effort, commitment and collaboration shown by our children. From learning lines to supporting one another in rehearsals, their enthusiasm and determination have been truly inspiring.
It’s a joy to see children across the key stages growing in confidence, creativity and teamwork as they prepare for their performances in the Studio Theatre (picture above) at Harrogate Theatre later this term.
This partnership with Harrogate Theatre is a shining example of how community collaboration enriches learning and provide unforgettable experiences. .for our children. It reflects our school vision to Love, Learn, Shine, with children loving the process, learning new skills, and shining brightly as they step into the spotlight.
We can’t wait to see our young performers take to the stage and share their hard work with families and friends. Keep an eye on the school website and newsletter for performance dates and ticket details  it promises to be a magical celebration of myth, imagination and the power of partnership.
