Today our playground is bursting with Halloween spirit as we hold our annual Pumpkin Carving Competition tomorrow—and what a spectacular event it looks set to be!
From spooky faces to imaginative designs, the entries are nothing short of amazing. Every pumpkin showcases the creativity, effort, and imagination of our children (and their families!). The standard is incredibly high, which will make the judging process very tricky indeed—there are so many brilliant designs to choose from!
We want to say a huge thank you to everyone who is taking part. Whether your pumpkin is scary, silly, or sweet, you are helping to make this event a real celebration of autumn fun. Well done to all our participants so far —you should be very proud of your creations!
The children are all really enjoying visiting the pumpkins to look at them and there has been much discussion about favourites.
Final judging will be made tomorrow.
A special thank you goes to FOSP for organising the competition and generously providing the prizes. Your support helps make events like this so memorable for our children. All the entries are welcome to remain on the playground today and tomorrow and can be taken home at the end of the day Thursday or after the Halloween disco.
