💛 Celebrating 10 Wonderful Years of Care and Commitment💛
Today our whole school community gathered in church to say a heartfelt goodbye, farewell and thank you to Mrs Armstrong, who has given an incredible 10 years of dedicated service to St Peter’s School and to our wrap‑around care, Funclub.
Throughout her time with us, Mrs Armstrong has shown the very best of what it means to Love, Learn, Shine. Her care, warmth and unwavering commitment to our children and families have made such a difference, day in and day out. She has been a calm, joyful and reassuring presence for so many children over the years, embodying kindness and dedication in everything she did.
We are delighted for her as she begins a new chapter working with North Yorkshire Family Services, supporting families directly in their communities. It is a role perfectly suited to her compassion and strength, and we know she will continue to shine. Today’s farewell in church was a truly special moment a lovely opportunity for our whole school community to come together and show our gratitude. We are so thankful for her loyalty, care and service, and she will be greatly missed by children, staff and families alike.
