🏆 Love, Learn, Shine: Year 5 & 6 Children Bring Home First Place ⚽
On Wednesday this week, Mrs Oldfield proudly took seven of our Year 5 and 6 children to Harrogate High to compete in an exciting football tournament organised by our fantastic partners, Sporting Influence.
The event brought together teams from six other schools, creating a brilliant atmosphere of competition and camaraderie. Our children played incredibly well, showing not only skill and determination but also outstanding sportsmanship towards the other teams.
After a series of thrilling matches, St Peter’s finished first, scoring an impressive 12 points! A special mention goes to Reuben, who received a certificate for his amazing determination throughout the tournament.
We are so proud of every child who represented St Peter’s with pride, teamwork, and respect. They truly embodied our school vision of Love, Learn, Shine—loving the game, learning through challenge, and shining brightly as role models for others.
