🌍 World Book Day Costume Swap Shop Returns!
As part of our ongoing commitment to sustainability—and inspired by our school vision to Love, Learn, Shine—we’re delighted to be running our second World Book Day Costume Swap Shop at St Peter’s after half term.
This is a wonderful opportunity for our children to love our world by reducing waste, learn about reusing and recycling, and shine by helping one another find the perfect World Book Day costume.
♻️ How the Swap Works
Donate a costume:
Children can bring a good-quality, clean, pre-loved World Book Day costume into school from Monday 23rd February to Wednesday 25th February.
They simply hand their costume to their class teacher.
Receive a Golden Ticket:
For every costume donated, the child will receive a Golden Ticket—just like our popular Christmas jumper swap!
Choose a ‘new-to-you’ costume:
Children can spend their Golden Ticket at the Costume Swap Shop on Friday 27th February, open from 12:20–12:45pm in the Eagles classroom.
The event will be proudly organised and run by our fantastic Climate Crew, who continue to champion thoughtful, earth-friendly initiatives across our school.
