🎶 Carols, Cards & Community Spirit at Rogers’ Almshouses🌟 A Wonderful Way to End the Term! 🎶

This week, our children brought festive joy to parents and residents of Rogers’ Almshouses in Harrogate with beautiful carol singing and the delivery of handmade Christmas cards and decorations. It was a truly heart-warming event that captured the essence of our school vision: Love, Learn, Shine.

Thanks to the generosity of Friends of St Peter’s (FOSP), everyone enjoyed delicious refreshments, adding to the superb atmosphere. The smiles, laughter, and sense of togetherness made this a memorable way to sign off the term.
Rogers’ Almshouses have been part of Harrogate’s heritage since the late 19th century, originally established to provide housing for those in need within the local community. Today, they remain a symbol of care and compassion—values we strive to instil in our children every day. Our children worked hard to create thoughtful cards and decorations, which they personally delivered to our closest neighbours. Their efforts remind us that small acts of kindness can make a big difference, especially at Christmas.
A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make this event so special. It was a shining example of how we can Love, Learn, and Shine together.
