Mental Health and Wellbeing

Children’s Mental Health Week is taking place on 1-7 February 2021. This year’s theme is Express Yourself.  The charity Place2Be has worked with her Royal Highness and a range of celebrities to produce resources that can be used at home and at school.  This can be access here.

We have also created a power point which has links to the website that are specifically for parents and carers.  We have also included some posters that have been created by CAMHS (Children and Adolescent Mental Health Services) NHS Highlands, which have been used to support adults and children during lockdown.  This power point can be access  here Mental Health and Wellbeing
